DISCIPLESHIP

GATHER, GROUP, AND GO

What is a disciple?

A disciple is a witness to Jesus Christ in the world who follows His teachings through acts of compassion, justice, worship, and devotion under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

How are disciples made?

Disciples worship, are a part of a community, commit to spiritual practices, are generous and serving, and seek to be Christ-like.

How are disciples made at Kibler Methodist?

We seek to make disciples for the transformation of the world by gathering, grouping, and going.

Gathering on Sunday mornings for worship, Grouping with other disciples in small groups, and going to serve our church and community through community outreach and programs.

What is expected of the disciple at Kibler Methodist?

1. Gather: For worship each Sunday.

2. Group: In a small group to learn new spiritual practices and opportunities to serve your church and community.

3. Go: To serve your church and community through various programs and outreaches by participating regularly and funding them financially.
